PQ Monastrell Crianza
The selection of the best Monastrell grapes grown in rain fed, at low strains and low production, with careful preparation, aged in new American oak barrels and French oak Allier, along with a later period in bottle to harmonize its original components and acquired, resulting in this unique wine, elegant and full of expression.
Alcohol: 14% vol.
Aging: 12 months in new American oak barrels (80%) and French (20%)
Tasting: cherry color, has powerful aromas of red fruits, vanilla and smoky and spicy nuances; taste is broad, balanced, dense and tasty recalling ripe grapes.
Gastronomy: it is perfect for all kinds of meats, roasts, rice or cheese.
